Return Policy

Clever Rabbit Clothing stands by our products and believes in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send unworn and unwashed merchandise in re-saleable condition back to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Return postage is refunded only when defective merchandise is returned or when we have made an error.

Please note that sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

To return an item simply email us at returns@cleverrabbitclothing.com and briefly explain your reason for returning or exchanging the item. We will email you a return/exchange form for you to fill out. Please include all relevant information (if the form is not complete there may be a delay in your refund or exchange) and include the form with the returned item. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS or USPS) and hold onto the receipt. Clever Rabbit Clothing is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. We do not accept C.O.D. packages.

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Please note that return credit takes approximately 5-7 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
