ORDERING

Orders placed by 2pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day and ship within 24 hours (after verifying credit card authenticity). If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately by email or by phone and let you know when the item is due to be back in stock (most out of stock items are usually shipped between 10-14 days after the initial order). Please note that we do not process, or ship orders during weekends and legal holidays. In the event that we cannot process your order, we will notify you by email or by phone.

If you cannot reach us, please leave a detailed message with your name and a phone number (remember to include the area code) and we will return your call as soon as possible.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards such as: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or personal checks.

SHIPPING

Domestic
We ship anywhere in the U.S.A. via the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail. Larger orders and wholesale orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). Transit time will typically range from 2 to 7 days (not including weekends and national holidays).

International
All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service’s Global Priority Mail.

Please be aware that your package may be subject to additional customs clearance fees and duties, depending on the value of your order and your country's customs policies. If you are unaware or unsure of your country's policies, we suggest you contact your local customs office. Once we have sent your package, we unfortunately have no control over international customs procedures and cannot be held responsible for either customs fees and duties or delays due to customs.
